By accessing or using the PureTouch website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or purchase products from us.
2. Products and Services
PureTouch sells touchless automatic soap dispensers and related accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We use Shopify for payment processing, which accepts major credit cards and other payment methods. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within the United States only. Free standard shipping is provided on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
6. Product Warranty
PureTouch products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@thepuretouch.store with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PureTouch and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
